install app in sony ericcsson xperia x10 mini

I want to install my app in a sony ericcsson xperia x10 mini but this cellphone show the app like a folder but I cant execute any .exe. Idont know what to do help me please

The xperia ships with 1.6 but can be upgraded to 2.3 - check for your device's OS version under Settings. * please don't make multiple posts for a question. It makes it hard to keep track of them.
