Multi Device Access to same AR object

I am working on an application and want that a 3D object that has augmented at a place through host mobile phone, is also visible to person with another mobile phone and they both can interact with that object i.e one's changes appear clearly to the next one. I was hoping that something like connecting to a hotspot would work, but can't find a way to do it. Can anyone help me out, please.
