A non usb camra- blackmagic Decklink SDI

Hi,

I want to use a camera that is connected with the blackmagic Decklink SDI in unity for a simple marker based AR the camera name shows up but nothing else i get a black screen on  play.

How can i fix this??

Vuforia only supports laptop-integrated and usb webcams at this time.

Hi,

The idea behind the external camera feature is to have the possibility for developer to create their own custom driver for their specific hardware.

You would need to write your own custom driver to see how it behaves with Vuforia.

Thanks for the quick reply @mcotora. Also a question about that same custom driver solution. When its created will it work with the Unity SDK?
