Severe visual artifacts on Galaxy S4 Zoom

Hello,

I am basically unable to use the API on the Galaxy S4 Zoom.  In any of the camera modes the screen is from partially to totally obscured with artifacts.

I'm wondering whether because it has an actual lens on it like a real camera, perhaps it also has some sort of ROM compatibility problem ?
