We would like to develop Ground Plane via Vuforia Fusion and ARCore. However it hasn't listed on Fusion Supported Device page.
Is Vuforia supported on Android Samsung Tab Galaxy S6?
If not, when is Vuforia planning to support it?

As per https://developers.google.com/ar/discover/supported-devices the tablet is supported by ARCore, this would mean once you choose to make ARCore a requirement, Ground plane will also pe supported.
I tested the Vuforia Core
I tested the Vuforia Core Samples in Unity with the Tab S6, Vuforia Configuration with ARCore Required and Tracvking Mode Positional and Track Device Pose true, but when i start the Ground Plane Sample i get the unsupported device Message. I'm running vuforia version 8.3.8 in UNity 2019.2.5f1.

Nevermind, the ARCore Apps from Google where missing, now it works on the Tab S6.

Generally we support ARCore certified devices. As you can see in this thread @sklefisch confirmed that TAB 6 works with Vuforia and ARCore.
I found my S6 Tab not active
I found my S6 Tab not active access ARCore.
(It auto switch back vuforia to doing "Ground Plane" , because I select "ARCore Requirement" to OPTIONAL)
And another issue is...
My samsung S6 Tab(Pad) camera view is lower than my samsung S8 (Phone).
