Hi! I am currently developing content using a third party service that use the Vuforia engine for AR-recognition. It is responding perfectly on Android devices (tested on old and new Huawei phone), but struggles on iPads and iPhones, both new and old. Anyone know what might be the cause of this and how to fix or work around it? I don't have the opportunity to change the app as it is a paid service, but I could either report it to them so that they can make the changes or if the bug is due to a setting on iOS devices this can be changed on the user side. Thanks in advance! :)

Hi,
Hi,
Could you please provide more info on the behavior that you see on the IOS front?
Also could you please confirm the Unity and Vuforia SDK version?
Thank you.

Since I am not developing the app, I cannot tell you what versions they use. The information is not available in the app nor on their website. Updates come about once a month for the app though, so I guess they are up to date - at least with the vuforia version.
