Broken gaze trigger

My Reticle/GazeRay have stopped working after made modifications as follows:

 

Included the Google Cardboard SDK and setup as per Vuforia instructions and the AR/VR sample worked perfect.

I then removed the VREnvironment but left the cameras etc in place in their original positions.

I then created around the cameras etc my new environment and ready to go.

I then selcted the in the Hierarchy the following:  CardboardMain, Reticle, BlackMask and GazeRay and moved them up and forward to a new position.

When looking at the Game tab in the editor I still see the familiar Reticle and BlackMask..all good

But when I build and run the app and view through Google Cardboard I see the reticle and centre it on the VR button displayed in the AR but the VRButton does not trigger?

Any ideas what setting I have broken/neglected to update?

Fixed!

 

Turns out if I reset the GazeRay GameObject back to it original position it all works perfect :-)
