Changing AR/VR Assets in Unity

August 10, 2015 - 2:34am #1

Hi,

I'm playing with the AR/VR Sample of the Vuforia SDK 0.5 in Unity. I have 2 questions that I still can't solve:

1. The default seen scene is the VR scene, how can I see the AR scene?

2. HOw can I change the 3D object that is displayed during the AR scene? Namely, the object that gets triggered to appear on top of the image target? I tried changing the asset, in the AR Environment Model, which seems to be the solution. However, the asset always appears off position, and I can't preview how it looks mainly because of the previous question.

I thought that this has nothing to do with scripts, so I may have missed bits in Inspector.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Have you integrated Oculus into the ARVR sample? The AR mode works in Unity PlayMode after integrating the OVR SDK 0.6.0.1. See this guide:
