Vuforia provides hooks to change the rendering to support different IPD, screen distance, optics distortion, etc. But what about input from the camera(s) and IMU? How do I feed the camera and IMU data from my custom see-through smartglasses to Vuforia for use in device tracking / Vuforia Fusion? Perhaps more specifically, how can I provide IMU rotation data via the API so it can be used as a Rotational Device Tracker?
Currently playing in Unity, but I'll take insight for C++ integration too.
Thanks!
Hello,
Hello,
The issues you've described are part of the reason we only support a limited number of see-through eyewear devices. There is a high level of NRE involved to integrate Vuforia on these types of devices.
Thank you for the quick
Thank you for the quick response and insight. Needless to say, I'm bummed.
