For some reason when I setup my project in Unity for the Oculus sdk 5 or 6, It nearly works, but In the left eye, I get perfect results, right eye doesnt have video and is from a different viewing angle(Always topdown)
Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Im just trying to run the demo render target example

Same issue here. Are you using the Gear VR for S6 by any chance? That's what I'm using and I only get video in the left eye. I should also note that the video in the left eye seems quite distorted, though.
