Hi, I've had some limited success integrating Vuforia 7.03 with the Metavision Meta 2 glasses (SDK 2.5) in Unity 2017.3f3.
If I try to run it through the stereoAR Digital Eyewear example, I get a build message in the console that a head mounted display is detected and it then says "Set orientation to portrait". I'm not sure if that's meant to be a warning or information. After that it just doesn't load.
I was able to route the Meta webcam stream to Vuforia and the objects track, but unfortunately the field of view of Vuforia and the field of view of the composite camera seem to be mismatched. I realize it's more complicated than changing the FOV, but is there a way to input custom "real" camera parameters anymore in Vuforia so it can match the frustum accordingly? I think the ability to do this in .cs has been missing since Vuforia 5.
This is maddeningly close to working, any thoughts on how to proceed is appreciated.
Hi @dcasmar
Unfortunately the device: Meta 2 is not supported, the only supported "See-Through" device by Vuforia is Microsoft HoloLens.
