ODG R7 Sample Scenes No Cursor for menu

Hi,

I have just built the app of the Vuforia sample scenes for my ODG R7's and loaded it onto the glasses. The app starts up properly with the splash screens but there is no cursor or any other way that I can work out to actually select the sample scene from the menu list.

What am I missing to enable to either show a cursor in the app or be able to select from the menu using the glasses controls?
