Hello. I'm testing the imagetargets sample with unity + digital eyewear, and I'm experiencing a serious problem with Samsung Galaxy Note4.
After working with digital eyewear during 10 minutes, I get a message to stop the gear VR because it is getting too hot. It doesn't happen with other apps for oculus mobile: (cinema, 360 videos...).
I thought it could be a problem of working with the camera pass-through, but I have activated the pass-through from the oculus mobile menu (not using Vuforia), and it kept working after more than 25 minutes.
I've tested the same digital eyewear app (imagetargets), with the device not connected to the Samsung Gear VR, and though it get very hot, it's been more than 25 minutes working and didn't get the message.
So, it seems that it is the combination of Samsung Note4 + Unity + Digital Eyewear + Samsung Gear VR that is causing the device getting too hot after 10 minutes.
Did anyone experience the same problem? Any solution?
Below as follows, the specs I'm testing:
UNITY: Unity 4.6.4f1
Digital Eyewear SDK: 4.1 Beta
OCULUS MOBILE SDK: 0.4.2
DEVICE:
- Samsung Galaxy Note4, SM-N910F
- Android: Android 4.4.4
GEAR VR: Samsung Gear SM-R320
