About licensing...

Hi !

I tried to read the licensing agreement and apparently my english isn't good enough to fully understand it (I read the sticky post about publishing too).

Here's my question : let's say I develop an iPhone app using Vuforia. Do I have the rights to sell it on the App Store ?

I tried contacting Qualcomm through several contact forms, I tried to call them but didn't get any answer.

Hi,

yes, you are allowed to build an App based on Vuforia and sell it on the App Store; 

So if I do that (selling on app store), do I need to make sure each person who downloads the app has to accept the license agreement?

Not the full developer license agreement , but the END-USER License Agreement, yes;

you can read the relevant text in Section 8 of the License agreement shown in the License Dialog when you download the SDK, which starts with:
