Hi there,
Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question but after sending mails weeks ago without response (Case #15366817 and #15359115) i'm trying it here.
We've built and released 12 AR applications for iOS and Android that are being used for animating children's books.
Everything works great but as of a while ago our license got cancelled. When trying to login to fix this issue it seems our account (m.lommen@zwijsen.nl) has gotten deleted, though definitely not by ourselves.
My 2 questions are:
- What has been the reason of said account's termination?
- Is there a way to re-enable said account or get back the AR markers data? I've spent a lot of time getting these correct.

I can confirm that your account under: m.lommen@zwijsen.nl appears only to be "Suspended".
Unfortunately I am not aware of the reason and in order to get things moving, I've requested an update from my colleague handling case: 15366817.
