Account Password Reset Not WORKING *SOBS*

I didn't know where else to let you know. This is a second account because my first account is not able to reset the password.

1. I ask to reset the password

2. I get my email and click the reset link

3. I enter in the new password "Minimum 8 chars with an uppercase/lowercase and an number" 

    - Sure no problem - Password is 8 characters to that spec

Error "Must me MORE than 8 characters" ..... why didn't you just say that :)

4. Password is now 9 characters and press enter

5. Returned to main home page with message which basically says "Sorry we couldn't change your password"... 

 

:( If an admin could look into this i have target sets from exisiting projects i'd like to keep please! :(

 Old account is on the email   him ~|AT|~ technicalsamurai ~|DOT|~ com

Hi TechnicalSam,

Our ops team thinks you may be using an expired token.

Could you please try resetting the password directly on our QPIM site:

 

NOTE: QPIM will send an email to user a link with new token.
 
...and let me know if this resolves the issue for you.
