Hi all ,
I have uploaded the Image 2 days ago with the dimensions 600x600 . But now I have deleted the previous image from database in the TargetManager. Now I have been uploading the Same Image but I am getting the error --- Invalid File format only 8bit gray scale or 24 Bit RGB of file type JPG or PNG are allowed . Please help me thanks in advance

Hi, are you sure you did not change the image (for instance opening and resaving the image...) ?

Hello everybody! Recently I had the same problem.. I solved it, opening the image.png file with Paint in windows 7 then I just save as jpg file and thats work for me..
but what if i need the file

I have changed the images properties like used the RGB , 8bit , JPG , 300dpi properties and uploaded the images . It have accepted the images which have the mentioned properties .

I have tried everything from 8bit to 24 bit. followed all he instructions down to the letter. this s a joke i dot think it will ever allow to upload any png files , it only accepts jpg-s.
which is completely sucks. as you cant use any shapes accept rectangles and squares.

I'm having a similar issue. I've saved a file as a .png, I've saved it as 24bit so I don't know why it wont upload! Does it not allow you to upload an image target unless they have a background? It will work better for my project if I can have it without a fixed background.
