AR app using two hands?

Hello,

We want the player to use two hands for better physical experience, but the constraint of only one hand is free makes it very hard to use.

Should one hand always be constrained by holding a phone(camera)?
(Is it the tacit rule to always expect one hand to holding a phone?)

Isn't there anyone working around with this problem?

I agree with rennekon, it's difficult to answer your question not knowing more about the use scenario and what sort of interaction is involved between the users and your app.

I'm not 100% sure what you're trying to accomplish. Are you saying you want to able to use both of your hands to manipulate real life objects rather than one holding the phone?

I suppose you could create some kind of mount for your device that would stand alone or hook around your neck to remain stable.
