Bottle label as target

I would like to know if its possible for an image target to be the label on a bottle or the bottle itself to be the target. I saw this with an app called blippar with a bottle of ketchup (here's the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbplSdh0lGU). Is something like this possible with Vuforia? If so, how complicated will it be to implement this? How one can implement it this way? What would be the best way to make the trackable?

It isn't currently possible to define curved targets. For some situations you could approximate a curved label with a multi target. In that video the label has a minimum amount of curve, a standard image target would probably work well enough. - Kim

I think in my case the label can be seen as a flat target from a certain angle. What do you think is the best approach for defining such target. Should I remove the label from the bottle an take a photo of it then upload it on the Target Management System?

I'd try with a flattened image of the label first - i.e. with no curvature distortion. The tracker assumes a planar image, so giving it a true reference for this is probably going to produce better results.
