Challenge submission questions.

Hi all, I was just reviewing the submission guidelines, and I have a couple of questions. From [url]http://developer.qualcomm.com/dev/augmented-reality/developer-challenge[/url], in the "How to submit your applications" section, the instructions state that the readme file should include the Full legal name of the company and a URL... I'm planning on submitting my application as an individual - Is it acceptable to put N/A for the company name and URL? Are there any alternative details we should include as an individual? Also, how should we submit our trackable targets for printing? Can they be included as a PDF in the COPY_TO_SD_CARD folder, and then referenced in the readme file? Finally, can I specify a particular model of phone to be used for reviewing the application? I don't have easy access to any supported devices other than my HTC desire, so will struggle to do any testing on devices other than this...
