Changing license of cloud database

Hi,

just received a "Vuforia Monthly Reco Usage Limit Reached" email.

do you know how I can upgrade my License? Can this be done online, or only by Vuforia?

do you know if I can change my database license? It is currently linked to a license and I would like to buy a license and link that to the current cloud database. Can this be done online, or only by Vuforia?
