Is it possible to pull the content ID for a deactivated license? We recently deactivated a license and am not seeing an option to download the metadata package to find the content ID.

If we turn the app back on, will the old content ID's reappear?

Is there a way for Vuforia to pull the old content ID's for our targets?

Thanks!

Could you fill out this form: https://developer.vuforia.com/support/contact/cloud and include a screenshot of what you are seeing as well as the name of the database and license you are using? Set the Category field to "Target Management" and "Target Manager."

Our view of your database is not the same as the view you're seeing, so a screenshot of the page that you cannot download the metadata package from will help us resolve this issue.

Thanks,

Yes,

For example, if you look at this URL:

https://developer.vuforia.com/targetmanager/singleCloudTarget/cloudSingleImageTargetDetails, There is an option under metadata package to download it and once downloaded, you will find the content ID (see attached file).

However once we deactivated the license for an app, the option to download the metadata package is no longer there and we use the content ID number to reference what page in a catalog was actually scanned for our reports.

Thanks!

Hello Actable,

Could you clarify what you mean by content IDs in this context?

Thanks,
