Converting Cloud Database to Device Databse

Hello ,

I would like to know about any API or any other way by which i can download all images uploaded via Cloud API (VWS API)  as .xml & .dat files or directly upload/convert  images from Cloud to Device Database ( programmatically ) .

Any kind of help will be appreciated.
