Display custom interface for each detected target?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if it's possible to display custom GUI buttons depending on which target image is detected.

Let me expand a little - We're developing an app that's designed to showcase articulated models. We now need to feature several more models in the range in the same app, and we want to display control buttons specific to that product automatically when the target image associated with it is detected. The idea is to avoid the user having to click a menu button to select each model, so he/she can effectively scan from one to the other quickly.

Not necessarily looking for detailed description yet, just need to know if it's possible.
