does vuforia integrate ARCore?

hi all,

I believe the title is straightforward, I am yet to get a clear answer on this. I gathered this from the website:

But searching "arcore" in the release notes returns absolutely no result (as opposed to arkit)... hence my question.

(I am using unity but the question still holds for the android sdk I suppose)
