Dynamic Upload AR Issue!

Hello All!

I am developing AR application and i want to upload an AR via application. Means  I want to do user marker creation via App. Is it possible in Vuforia? User can share to his friend via FB and other frnd can see the same Marker update! Is it possible in Vuforia?
