Qualcomm uses both a custom rig and a commercially available rig for Demoes. The commercially available rig is a handheld camera rig with a swing arm and cell phone mount. It is marketed as a hand held camera mount with swing arm LCD Mount unit with mobile device clip and is available at large online retailers. The cell phone clip that comes with the teleprompter unit works with any standard tripod.

Unfortunately I cannot name the exact product or online retailer but a google search should turn up results for what you are looking for.
