If i use GPS or accelerometer, can i acheive that accuracy of viewing the interiors?
Is there any simple technique in vuforia?

You can achieve most of that functionality out of the box, without any specific use of GPS or accelerometer, as it is handled for you by way of the AR Tracking in 3D space.
Try the Unity SDK to see how easy it is.

I do not think that part is Vuforia, as you can see the user transitions to a different scene which has no target.
In that scene I think this effect is achieved using the gyroscope to modify the camera angle/orientation.
