How to scan QR Codes and open a pdf file?

Hello everyone, I'm very new to vuforia and I think I need some help.

All I want to do is open a pdf when I scan a QR-Code. (Actually, it's going to be 40 different codes and 40 different pdfs.)

Is that possible in Vuforia? If so, how do I tell the program to simply open a specific pdf when the target image is being detected? I already managed to map the pdf on the target image but that's not what I want.

Would be great if someone could help me out! Cheers, Kati

The Vuforia SDK does not generate or recognize QR codes.
