Image Tracking for non rectanglular Shapes

Hello together,

 

I just want to know if this works with vuforia. 

I have a shape that is non-rectangular and very abstract. See attachment.This thing is placed on stick and standing in the air. Now I want my app to track that shape when the phone is pointed on it, 

Will this work? With AR-Foundation it seems not possible, but can Vuforia do that?

So when I create such a shape, will it also work with whatever the background is?

Hi,

yes you can do that. Just make sure you have a white background.

I'm not sure if this image will enable best tracking results though. You will see the rating when you upload the image.

Hi,

You can use the developer license ( free license) to test, develop your app as seen fit. Also the developer license provides access to all the features.

The paid license is required only when publishing the app.
