Hi
I have installed the SDK (2.0.31) - everything has unpacked, but how do I launch the developer environment?

I thought that I had meticulously gone through the Dev guide. (Even saved screenshots as I went)
It turns out that I missed item 1 on your list and went directly to item 2.
