Legal obligations to publish a Vuforia app

hola,

sorry if i ask this question again but the more i read on the subject,

the more i get confused and, after reading the Vuforia license,

i'm even more confused on what legal obligations i should comply with

in order to publish a non-commercial app using the Vuforia SDK.

i am developing an AR app for a cultural institution that is a non-paid app

with no hidden business behind, so i don't know what applies here.

i read in the license contradictory things like :

section 1.9 : "You shall not commercialize, distribute, publicly perform or publicly display any applications developedby You using the Software or any component thereof.

If You desire other rights (such as the right to develop commercial products using the Software) You must use a commercial release of the Software. "section 2.4 : "No fees are due under this Agreement for the development, commercialization and distribution of Your visual recognition-capable end-user software applications."

very confusing indeed ....

so should i get a commercial license or not? ( for now i assume that i don't )

and next questions are for the publication process :

a/ should i put a vuforia logo in my app, at least in the about page?

is it mandatory?

b/ i know i should mention Vuforia in my EULA,

this is no problem and fair but do you have a model

of an EULA?

c/ should i send you my press release 48 hours before the publication

and do not publish until you approve,

please, make a list of clear obligations,

we are submerged by legal texts that are contradictory

and not clear _at all_.

i must add that i like your SDK and cheer you for that.

best,

chevil

Section 8 describes the relevant obligations for your purposes, which involve a few statements for you to include in the End User License Agreement that you present to your users.

hello,

ok, i had the response about the licence so, yes, it's actually

free, so i don't understand what is written in your licecne then :

"If You desire other rights (such as the right to develop commercial products using the Software)
