The "free trial" watermark comes from Unity itself (if you are using a fre trial version), it is not displayed by the Vuforia SDK.

You may want to check in the Unity website for Unity-specific license information and how to remove the trial watermark.

My question is that when I build my App using vuforia it displays "free Trial". I want to remove this text from ar camera. For removing this text I will have to purcahse sdk or other solution how to remove it and It becomes Legal according to Vuforia Terms and Conditions.

The fact that your App is not free is not a problem.
