We are a paying customer for 4 years, and our last bill payment did not go thru for some obscure banking reason. Result LICENSE SUSPENDED.
We updated the card, our banker said all should be ok for transfer, ans FOR A WEEK, no news, nothing.
We have 100 000 users waiting for this service to be back online. Our software is downloaded in 80 countries !
I called someone in Germany who told me the incident ticket has been labelled "urgent". internally.
No news for a week, it's not my may to to see it "urgent"
Need help ASAP.
