Move Object in Frame Markers Sample App

Hi Everybody,

i have a question concerning to the Sample Applikation "Frame Markers".

My Idea is to have a kind of arrow cross  on my display  that changes the position in the coordinate system of the showed letter (for example the Q) immedeately. (as shown on the picture)

 What is the easiest way to implement a kind of Touch button with a motion event and what is the difference(what is better for me) between "onContextClick"/"onSingleTapConfirmed"

I don´t have so much programming knowledge in Java so I would prefer any kind of "quick and dirty / copy-paste" solution :-)
