Hi, I want to create target from real environment and augmented virtual object correctly as depicted from the pictures belowIf I captured the real environment and defined it as predefined target, normally I would get target coordinate system like this

http://i42.tinypic.com/rumw01.jpgAnd what I want to achieve is like this so that my virtual object registered accordingly.http://i44.tinypic.com/2qv3xnl.jpg

Is it possible to do that in Vuforia?

Hi, not sure I understand your question: is it just about usuing a target reference frame which is rotated (i.e. different axis direction) with respect to to another one ?

Hi,

I see. So are there any way to allow the user to define some points and  Vuforia engine will take those point to construct camera pose estimation? It's like another type of user defined target.

Thanks

What you describe is not supported. But I will pass the message to the product so this may be taken into consideration for future versions of Vuforia.

Meanwhile, you could post this as a "feature request" in our forum wish-list:

Once you edit your image to enhance its rating, then you can upload it to create the target;

you can then print the enhanced image to create the target in the "real world".
