Need Advise

Hi Everyone ,

                            I need an advise as i am confused about using in CLOUD  Service.

I am trying to make an appliction which uses about 100 image targets and these image targets do not change  through out the year .But the 3d models on the image target do change frequently like after 2 to 3 months . second thing  is people will view it and get enaged with the application about more than 2000 per day and the budget is extremely low .so in all i am totally confused  ...what should i do ...please help me ...
