Not able to augment video on the Image Target

I am trying to run the Sample scene for Video Playback in the Vuforia Core Samples in Unity. But the video player doesn't get augmented on the Image Target. The code in the Video Player script seems fine. I did not make any change in the script under the sample scene.  What could be the possible reason behind this. The guess the official samples should not have any issues and I am missing something at my end.

Do any of the other targets in that scene have issues augmenting? Do you see any errors in the console?

What is the unity version you are using? try with 2017.3
