Problem in your server???

Hello,, Now the local time is 3:25 P.M Friday, January 14, 2011 , and Friday, 14 January 4:24 A.M PST time, I tried to submit my application several time thru your online Submission Form, and each time I receive : "cannot display the webpage" Is there any problem in your server ? my zip file size is around 14MB

The submission system should be working, please try again. You may want to try a different browser as well. Waheed, I just sent you an email with instructions in case it still doesn't work.

Thanks Kim,, Yes finally uploading , the problem is that I used rar file while zip is acceptable . but Google Chrome browser show me the reason while windows internet explorer just shows "cannot display the webpage" . Thanks again and good luck for all participants,,,,
