QCAR V1.5 licence agreement

Hi, I got to know from the QCAR V1.5 licence agreement that QCAR collects some non-personal data. "CONSENT TO COLLECTION AND USE OF NON-PERSONAL DATA" We want to know how is this done? Also we want to know if this feature can be disabled? Please help me for this. Regards Thilag.
