Hi,

I saw your starter service provide 10,000 reco for 10,00,000 targets, what does it mean? 

It means 10,000 recognise for each targets or 10,000 total recognization. If it is for each target,

your starter service provides  10000000000 (10,000 * 10,00,000) reco.
