Server side AR data

Hi, I work for a mobile advertising company. I would like to know if it's technically possible to use the QCAR SDK as an AR experience "player" that can download both fudiciary and AR experience data from a server. We want to be able to install the QCAR SDK as a library in our own advertising SDK. But obviously that is a "one off" event. After that we want to serve new AR experiences to that SDK using a server side API. A little bit like how Layar works - that is we want to use the SDK as the basis for an "AR Browser". Is this possible? Are the Qualcomm guys doing this already? thanks for any advice or help, Neil
