Hi devs,

we're looking into vuforia since metaio SDK won't be available any longer. I've checked the forum in the last years from time to time and wanted to ask how good/fast/reliable the support team on the forums is?

I've added a basic/easy question about 24 hours ago and have no reply yet.

I've seen several moderators on different topics. I guess these are Qualcomm / Vuforia people and / or developers? What's the average response time for questions and what can be done if you have an urgent request? metaio offered a (paid) ticket system.
