Hi (vuforia!) devs,
I need to push this topic again and hope to get some help soon. I know that we don't have a "right" for your support: "2.12. No Support." (https://developer.vuforia.com/legal/vuforia-developer-agreement).
But you take that very serious from my point of view. I know that e.g. @AlessandroB and @dm3d are here to help and do so from time to time, wherever they can. But it's really hard to get a response to a more complex technical question like this (https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/unity-extension-technical-discussion/landscape-rotation-has-offset-depending-which-side). Or my other (legal) topic over here (https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/general-discussion/11-mandatory-end-user-license-agreement-clause-34-license-sample-code).
I can't speak for other devs, but the support here in the forum is really poor compared to other software providers. I can only hope that you (vuforia moderators) can forward this slight complaint to your management and ask for a change. It would really help me (and hopefully other devs, which I highly ask for responding to this post with their opinion on the support) to work with your software and happily do so in the future. The sample code and projects are awesome and I hope that the support can live up to that state in the future.
