Track markers

Hi,

I have an object with four markers and each marker is a sphere with radius around 5 mm and gray color.

I am new to Vuforia. I want to know if I can use Vuforia to track the pose of this object.

These four makers are defined in a local coordinate system and I know the coordinates of these four makers.
