@congthien2013  that error arises when the time stamp of the request is significantly different from the time that the request is received. Check the time setting on the device that is sending the requests to ensure that it is correct for your time zone.

Here an example of how to decode and display the image - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4110907/how-to-decode-a-base64-string-gif-into-image-in-php-html

To update the metadata, use a PUT command - https://developer.vuforia.com/resources/dev-guide/updating-target-cloud-database

This operation is very similar to the POST used to upload the target initially.

Hi, the metadata associated to a target is just a string (text); so, normally you may not upload an image as metadata;

my suggestion (and recommendation) would be to put (in the metadata) a URL pointing to an image.

You can try encoding the image in base64, though there is a 200 KB limit to the metadata which will restrict the size of the image you can upload.

See: http://php.net/manual/en/function.base64-encode.php

This is the same approach used to upload target images.
