I think you answered your own question here:

https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/issues-and-bugs/it-possible-stream-video-url-video-playback-example

Got the solution from one of the thread from Vuforia itself...

Just giving the video link URL in the path resolved it...

Good to hear.

I'm investigating about Vuforia AR.Has vuforia video streaming

Well if you use the video playback sample and play video from a URL, it will play full screen

 I want to learn which video & 3D model file

Video formats - whatever the native Android or iOS support, so look there.

3D model - for native SDK you need to develop your own as its straight OpenGL ES 2

...whereas for Unity, it's whatever Unity supports.

Video streaming and video&3d model file formats?

The Vuforia AR does not provide video streaming, but it can be used in combination with common video streaming API in Android, iOS and Unity.

A specific sample App is dedicated to show this feature (which can be downloaded from the Vuforia website);

this sample App (VideoPlayback sample) shows precisely how to play videos on the 3D augmentation, as textures, or in fullscreen mode (also including the option to stream videos directly from the web) in combination with Vuforia.

3D models in sevaral formats (including .FBX, .OBJ and many others) can also be used, but this requires the use of the Unity3D extension of Vuforia.

Otherwise, it is also possible to integrate 3rd party 3D/game engines specifically for Android or iOS with Vuforia; such engines might have support for various 3D formats, however this is not specific to Vuforia itself.

I hope this answers your questions.
