Vuforia AR project not running when build for WebGL platform in unity

I have created an AR project using Vuforia extension in unity. The main purpose of the project is to detect a target image using webcam. When the target image is detected then it will show the model on screen.The project is running fine in unity editor. But when i build the project for WebGL platform it is showing some error . The snapshot of the browser window is given below.

In Windows OS, you can only export a Webgl project with Vuforia if it is in unity x32 bits. For some reason in x64 you will get those errors that you had.

In an IOS system you do not have these problems.
