What is the latest version of Unity that supports a Vuforia 4 license?

Hi,

We have a legacy project which started in 2016 with a Vuforia 4 Classic license that was purchased.

This project needs to be updated, but Apple require that we use a later version of Unity and we're unsure if this will even be possible.

Can anyone help me find out what is the highest version of Unity that still supports a Vuforia 4 license? Hopefully it's the latest and that solves a big problem, but we assume it's not.

Let me dig internally to see if I can help you. I would also recommend to just duplicate the project to see if upgrading the Unity version causes any issues.

So we don't provide any confirmed compatibility for older Vuforia Engine versions for newer Unity versions. I checked the release notes and we mentioned that v4.x added support for Unity 5.0. Vuforia 4.x also released back in 2015.
