AR crosshair not appearing. hardware issue?

Hi

The crosshair is not appearing giving me the option to place my object on the ground in the scene. is this due to a hardware issue? im using a Blackview A20, specs are as follows:

Chipset MediaTek MT6580A

CPU 1.3GHz Quad-core

GPU Mali 400 MP2

RAM (Memory) 1GB

Internal Storage 8GB

Operating System Android OS v8.1 Oreo Go Edition

In order to use GroundPlane the device needs to support ARCore or be on the supported list of Vuforia Fusion. Unfortunately your device does not appear on the lists.
